This is the First Notice of the date and time of the Annual Membership Meeting that will be held on March 31st, 2020, at 4:00 P.M. at the River Strand Clubhouse Conference Room, 7155 Grand Estuary Trail, Bradenton, Florida 34212. The agenda is as follows:

· President’s Address to the Membership

· The election of three (3) Directors, if more than three (3) Candidates are on Ballot (20% membership quorum required if election is to take place)

PROCEDURE TO DECLARE CANDIDACY TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
On or before February 19th, 2020, you must give written notice of intent: either by mail or in person, to the Association of your intent to run for one of three open Board of Director seats; addressed to the Association’s mailing address at Grand Estuary V at River Strand Condominium Association, Inc. Declaration of Candidacy, C/O DRI, 9040 Town Center Parkway, Lakewood Ranch, Florida, 34202. The attached “Notice of Intent to be a Candidate for the Board” may be used for that purpose.
You are encouraged to submit a one-page Information Sheet/Resume, no larger than 8.5 inches by 11 inches, containing your qualifications and/or platform for office. This information Sheet/Resume must be submitted on or before February 24th, 2020.
SECOND NOTICE
The “Second Notice of Annual Meeting” containing Information Sheets, Ballots, Proxies and other information will be mailed to voting members by March 17th, 2020.
Board of Directors Meeting
A Board of Directors meeting will be held immediately following the Annual Meeting, for purpose of electing officers of the Board of Directors, by the seated Board of Directors, and perform such other business as may lawfully be conducted.
APPROVED 2020 BUDGET
Included in this mailing is the Approved 2020 Budget.

This is the Second Notice of the date and time of the Annual Membership Meeting that will be held on March 31st, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. at the River Strand Clubhouse Conference Room, 7155 Grand Estuary Trail, Bradenton, Florida 34212. The Annual Membership Meeting of the Association will be held for the purpose of seating the Board of Directors and such other business as lawfully may be conducted. No election of officers will be required, since only three (3) candidates have given notice of intent as required by the First Notice of the Annual Meeting, which meet the statutory requirements of seating this year’s three (3) open Director seats. The three (3) Board of Directors to be seated will be, Charliene Lemon-Steiner, Marla Coniglio, and Stephen Gandel.
Immediately following the Annual Meeting there will be a Board of Directors Meeting held for the primary purpose of the three (3) elected Board of Directors to elect officers for the year and conduct other business of the Association.
