This serves as Notice of the rescheduled date and time for the Annual Membership Meeting that will be held as a video conference on June 4th, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. on Zoom. Login instructions are listed below. The rescheduled Annual Membership Meeting of the Association is being held for the purpose of introducing members of the seated Board of Directors and such other business as lawfully may be conducted. No election of officers was required, since only three (3) candidates had given notice of intent as required by the First Notice of the Annual Meeting, which met the statutory requirements of seating this year’s three (3) open Director seats. The three (3) Board of Directors seated were, Pricilla Mekosh, George Kalamaroff, and Chuck Gilch.
