Dear Coach Home IV Members,
On November 13th, 2019 at 3:00 pm. the Annual Budget Meeting of Coach Homes IV at River Strand will be held at River Stand Club House located at 7155 Grand Estuary Trail, Bradenton, Florida.
PROPOSED 2020 BUDGET
Enclosed is a copy of the proposed 2020 Budget recommended to the Board of Directors, and the Agenda for the meeting for your information. The proposed 2020 budget indicates a quarterly maintenance fees of $750.00. The Board of Directors will review, discuss, and act to ratify the proposed 2020 budget if deemed acceptable as presented or as modified by the Board within discussion during the Annual Budget meeting.
