COACH HOMES II AT RIVER STRAND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.
Members,
This is the Second Notice of the date and time of the Annual Membership Meeting that will be held on March 19th, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. at the River Strand Clubhouse Conference Room, 7155 Grand Estuary Trail, Bradenton, Florida 34212. The Annual Membership Meeting of the Association will be held for the purpose of seating the Board of Directors and such other business as lawfully may be conducted. No election of officers will be required, since only three (3) candidates have given notice of intent as required by the First Notice of the Annual Meeting; which meet the statutory requirements of three (3) Directors. Your new Board of Directors will be, John Baechler, Pattie Harper, and Mike Pecora.
Immediately following the Annual Meeting there will be a Board of Directors Meeting held for the primary purpose of the three (3) seated Board of Directors to elect officers for the year. An identification of agenda items for both meetings is as follows is as follows:
